Dev Docs provides hosted documentation infrastructure, preview review tooling, operator controls, domain management workflows, and related services. We may modify or improve the service over time, including adding or removing features.

3. Accounts, Organizations, and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account or workspace. You must promptly notify Dev Docs if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Fees and Billing

If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay applicable fees and taxes according to the order form, subscription terms, or pricing page in effect at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use Dev Docs to:

  • Break the law or violate the rights of others.
  • Upload or distribute malicious code, deceptive content, or material that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Attempt to bypass authentication, preview restrictions, service rate limits, or security controls.
  • Use the service in a way that interferes with its normal operation or the experience of other users.

6. Customer Content and Data

You retain ownership of customer content you submit to the service. You grant Dev Docs the rights needed to host, process, transmit, review, and display that content solely to provide and improve the service, enforce these terms, and comply with law.

7. Dev Docs Intellectual Property and Feedback

Dev Docs and its licensors own the service, software, documentation, trademarks, branding, and related intellectual property, except for customer content. If you provide suggestions or feedback, Dev Docs may use it without restriction or compensation.

8. Confidentiality, Privacy, and Security

Each party may receive confidential information from the other. The receiving party will protect that information using reasonable care and use it only for the purposes of the relationship. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Suspension and Termination

Dev Docs may suspend or terminate access if necessary to prevent harm, address security issues, comply with law, or enforce these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that should survive termination will continue to apply.

10. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Dev Docs disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dev Docs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Dev Docs' aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amounts paid by you to Dev Docs for the service during the 12 months before the claim arose.

12. General Terms

These terms, together with any applicable order form or written agreement, are the complete agreement between the parties regarding the service. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These terms are governed by the laws selected in the applicable commercial agreement, or otherwise by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
